Sir Ralph Milbanke (afterwards Noel), sixth baronet (1747-1825), English politician and abolitionist. He is the father of Lady Byron, wife of the poet. To T. W. Hill Esq.r in Woodbridge, Suffolk : 1autograph letter signed : 28 May 1807 : (B'ANA 0672) : from Seaham : begins, "I have been so constantly engaged that I had not time to thank you for your very kind letter, now (the Election being ofver) I can take the first opportunity ...".
